We combine specialist support and care so that people can resettle safely and effectively in their local communities

2.      We will strengthen our services in existing locations, considering strategic alliances with partner organisations to provide holistic services

3.      Building on our strengths and reputation, we will expand geographically out from London and diversify into services and projects that complement our current provision

4.      We will develop and enhance our reputation for effective and innovative service provision, demonstrating successful outcomes in the reduction of crime and anti-social behaviour, improvements to health and well being and active citizenship

5.      We will maintain financial strength and organisational viability, supporting growth by securing firm and varied sources of income and a responsible approach to risk. We will  continue to develop a skilled and competent workforce and sound business support services
