is an independent charity committed to making a difference and giving new hope
to people whose lives have been affected by crime and mental disorder.
Penrose
provides housing, care, resettlement and community services for people with
mental health problems, challenging behaviour and criminal histories. We work
in partnership with statutory, voluntary and community agencies to reduce
crime, re-build lives and contribute to safer and more inclusive communities

Our

services to people who have offended, and those who are experiencing mental
health problems in association with challenging behaviour and/or crime. We
combine specialist support and care so that people can resettle safely and
effectively in their local communities
