A bit about our mental
health services
We
work with people with complex needs and challenging histories. Actively working
with the statutory, voluntary and
community sectors, we are committed to using
evidence-based practice to demonstrate
successful outcomes. A reduction in crime and
antisocial behaviour,
improvements in health and citizenship in the community – these
are testaments to our purpose and
the mutual gains from effective partnerships.
We
have, through our mentally disordered offenders
projects, enhanced the ability of
our Health and Social Services
partners to effectively break the revolving door cycle
that many of our clients face, and
plan safe and supported pathways back to sustainable
independent living.
